The Opportunity
Reporting to the Clinical Manager, the Registration and Scheduling Clerk’s primary responsibilities include patient booking/scheduling and registration. Additional duties may involve answering inquiries via phone/email, preparing reports, maintaining filing systems, scanning and archiving, managing mail, demonstrating customer service skills, scheduling appointments, and managing supplies.
Hours of Work
Monday – Friday, with some evenings as required.
