Job summary

Brant Community Healthcare System is seeking an experienced registered nurse to provide comprehensive care in the operating room, PACU and day surgery. The role requires current BCLS, a post-grad OR course, and RN licensure in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario.

Position Summary

Reporting to the Manager, Operating Room, PACU and Day Surgery, the successful applicant will be responsible for comprehensive nursing care in the operating room and must meet the following criteria:

Mandatory Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited college nursing program
• Registered and in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certificationCompletion of post-grad Operating Room course required
• Minimum of one (1) year current Operating Room experience required.
