St. Joseph’s Home Care is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse for the Integrated Comprehensive Care Program (ICCP).

This part-time position involves travel across Hamilton, Burlington, Brantford, Niagara regions and Norfolk County, delivering routine nursing care in clients\' homes and other settings. Wages follow the LIUNA wage grid, with day shifts and regular weekend rotations, about 37.5 hours bi-weekly.
