Job summary

Muskoka Algonquin Healthcare (MAHC) invites applications for an inpatient nursing role, based on-site at the South Muskoka Memorial Hospital in Bracebridge. You’ll join an integrated team delivering compassionate care across our multi-site organization.

Successful candidates will hold active RN registration in Ontario, current BLS and IV therapy competencies, and demonstrate strong communication, collaboration, and adaptability while supporting patients, families and the care team in a demanding

Responsibilities

• Work on-site at South Muskoka Memorial Hospital in Bracebridge.

Required Education & Certification(s)

• Current registration in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support)
• IV Therapy

Desired Skills, Experience(s) & Education

• 2 years of previous Complex Continuing Care, Long Term Care or Medical/Surgical nursing experience.

Location

Multi-Site, working on site at both the South Muskoka Memorial Hospital (SMMH) located in Bracebridge. Applicants must reside within 125km of one of our hospital campuses or be willing to relocate prior to starting. *Exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis

Hours of Work

Must be available to work shifts including days, evenings, nights and weekends. Shifts and hours may change according to departmental requirements per the collective agreement.
