Job summary

Halton Healthcare in Milton is seeking a part-time nurse to provide compassionate, patient-centered care to complex transitional populations in a busy clinical setting. The role supports discharge planning and coordination across teams, with up to 0.50 FTE and rotating 12-hour shifts.

Applicants must hold CNO registration, BLS, and experience with elderly care, medications, IV/enteral care; a strong attendance record is required. Union CUPE 815; salary is hourly from $36.08 to $39.02.
