Halton Healthcare’s Heart Function Clinic is seeking a Registered Nurse to assess, plan and evaluate care for heart failure patients in collaboration with the Cardiologist and Pharmacist. The role requires strong cardiovascular expertise and patient教育 on lifestyle modifications.
Hours are Monday–Friday with 7.5-hour day shifts; salary ranges from $41.15 to $58.98 per hour. Ontario RN registration, BCLS-HCP and ACLS are mandatory at hire.

The Heart Function Clinic Registered Nurse is responsible for performing assessments, developing a plan of care and implementing and evaluating the care of patients with Heart Failure in coordination with the Cardiologist and Pharmacist.
