Halton Healthcare is seeking a strong nursing leader to oversee clinical care in a fast-paced medical/surgical unit. You will collaborate with the PCM and PPC, support nursing staff, and drive safe, evidence-based patient care.
The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of clinical leadership experience, Ontario RN registration, BScN/BN, and certifications in BCLS (ACLS preferred). Strong communication and change-management skills are essential.

Salary: $45.56 to $63.35 per hour
