Job summary

Amica Stoney Creek is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse to provide compassionate, resident-centered care on a part-time night schedule, with shifts every other weekend and opportunities to cover days, evenings, and nights as needed.

You will work within Amica's holistic wellness model, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and contribute to personalized wellness plans while enjoying supportive leadership and scheduling flexibility.

Qualifications

• Completion of an approved Practical Nursing program and current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents in a senior living environment.
• Conduct assessments and contribute to personalized wellness plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to support resident well-being.

What you will bring:

• Completion of an approved Practical Nursing program with approved scope of practice. Currently registered and in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members.
• Previous experience working in long-termcare/assisted living environment considered an asset.
