University Hospital of Northern BC is seeking a motivated Registered Nurse to join the Post Anesthetic Recovery (PAR) team. The RN will provide direct nursing care to patients recovering from anesthesia within PAR, coordinating with an interprofessional team to ensure safety and quality of care.
Working within a patient- and family-centered model, the RN will apply nursing science and ethics to assessments, planning, and evaluation, while adapting to rotating day/night shifts to meet unit needs.

The Registered Nurse-Post Anesthetic Recovery (PAR), working collaboratively with the interprofessional team, provides direct nursing care to patients recovering from anesthetics within the Post Anesthetic Recovery Unit by assessing, planning, providing, coordinating and evaluating nursing care. The Registered Nurse demonstrates a specialized body of knowledge and bases practice on nursing science and related content from other sciences and humanities.
Shift Rotation/Hours of work: Days, Nights, 07:00 to 19:00, 19:00 to 07:00 (rotating)
