Interior Health Authority is seeking an experienced Perianesthesia Registered Nurse to join the Post Anesthetic Recovery Room (PAR) team at Royal Inland Hospital, Kamloops, BC. If nursing is your passion, you are reliable, flexible and motivated, you will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

This is a Relief Part Time (0.78) opportunity until December 2027 or the return of the incumbent, with shifts rotating days and nights in a 7:00–15:30, 9:00–17:30, 10:00–16:30 and 23:30–07:30

Qualifications

• Provides nursing care to patients, both by working independently and as a member of an interdisciplinary team.
• Enhances quality of life for the patient and family; consults, confers, and collaborates with other health care providers.
• Demonstrates continuous improvement and evidence based practice in nursing practice.
• Maintains and advances own clinical competence.
• Participates on designated hospital committees/teams and approved research projects as assigned.
