Northern Health seeks a Registered Nurse to join the Fort St. John Hospital team. You will provide direct patient care and work with an interdisciplinary team to respond to changing health care needs.
Under BC Nursing College standards, you will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care, including systemic therapy administration, with a patient- and family-centered focus.
Shift: Wednesday and Thursday, Days, 07:00 to 16:59.

In accordance with the established mission, vision, values, and strategic priorities of Northern Health, and under the general supervision of Manager or designate, the Registered Nurse practices in accordance with the standards of professional practice and code of ethics as outlined by the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM) as well as within a patient and family centered care model.
The Registered Nurse practices in a variety of clinical settings and working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team, participates in the delivery of client-centered care by assisting individual clients and their families respond to changing health care needs. Provides direct patient care by assessing, planning, providing and evaluating nursing care and by administering systemic therapy treatments to clients. The Registered Nurse demonstrates a specialized body of knowledge and bases practice on nursing science and related content from other sciences and humanities.
