Qualifications :

Registered Nurse with a current certificate of competence with the College of Nurses

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Leadership ability

Demonstrated ability to participate and function in a Team environment

Understanding of and commitment to Resident centered care

Other related certifications an asset

Duties and Responsibilities :

Dispensing of medication

Treatment of dressing changes

Communication with physicians and families

Supervises and directs on-floor Team Members

Problem solving complex situation

Participate in the ongoing assessment of Resident care needs, monitoring and reporting the condition of all Residents

Follow established duties and job routines outlined in S&R policies and procedures

Support the principles of Continuous Quality Improvement

Support both Team and organizational goals

Report any and all building equipment maintenance issues

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Job Types : Full-time, Part-time

Additional pay : Overtime pay

Ability to commute / relocate :

Windsor, ON : reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
