The Registered Nurse:
This is a Relief Full Time (1.00) opportunity until January 20, 2027, or the return of the incumbent.
Shifts of work will be scheduled days and nights rotating from 07:30 to 19:45, 19:30 to 07:45 hours.
Royal Inland Hospital (RIH) is in the Thompson Cariboo Shuswap health service area and is one of two Interior Health tertiary referral hospitals. Our Intensive Care and Step‑Down Unit is a beautiful, state‑of‑the‑art department consisting of 17 private patient rooms, five of which are negative‑pressure isolation rooms. The fully equipped ICU provides an aesthetically appealing environment for patients and features a new family entrance, a waiting area and quiet room for family privacy, improved functional design, enhanced infection control and support space for the staff. RNs work 12‑hour shifts with HCA support.
