Job summary

111013 ParaMed Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in Ontario, Canada. This community nursing role requires scheduled visits to care for patients of all ages with different complexity of care. The RN will help ensure patients remain comfortable in their homes while providing essential health services.

The ideal candidate will have a CNO registration, a valid driver's license, and a passion for making a difference in the community. The position offers both autonomy and support within a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
• Experience in delivering community care is an asset.
• Willingness to travel to and from patient residences.

• Using appropriate assessment tools/techniques to assess patients’ individualized needs
• Executing and continuously monitoring care plans
• Engaging patients using a collaborative approach by building rapport and trust
• Maintaining and updating professional patient records related to patient encounters and plans
