This is a Full-Time/Part-Time/Casual position in the Tobermory, ON and surrounding areas.

Hours of work are 8 am - 8 pm within a 2-week rotation inclusive of weekends, weekdays, and on-call work.

Wages

• For Registered Nurses (RN) - This position offers a competitive compensation grid, with progression based on hours worked and role‑specific criteria. The RN per general visit range is $27.00 to $39.87 and the RN hourly range is $31.15 to $46.00. Placement within the grid will be determined in accordance with company policies and procedures, as well as the candidate’s knowledge, skills, qualifications, and relevant experience.
• For Registered Practical Nurses (RPN) - This position offers a competitive compensation grid, with progression based on hours worked and role‑specific criteria. The RPN per general visit range is $22.97 to $28.62 and the RPN hourly range is $26.38 to $32.40. Placement within the grid will be determined in accordance with company policies and procedures, as well as the candidate’s knowledge, skills, qualifications, and relevant experience.

What The Role Involves

• Developing and maintaining an effective Care Plan with respect to Community Health Services, independently or in cooperation with the Ontario Health atHome.
• Working with patients both in-person and virtually to provide exceptional nursing services
• Providing services in a variety of settings which may include in-home, clinic, retirement home or school
• Communicating and liaising with patients, family members, and others within the interdisciplinary care team
• Performing other clinical duties as required

What You Bring

• Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) degree or diploma
• Current College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) registration in good standing
• A strong desire and commitment to making a difference in the lives of our patients
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• A valid driver’s license and vehicle as regular travel is required
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• CPR Certification
• Current immunization record including 2 step TB test
