Job summary

ParaMed in Timiskaming, Ontario is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to perform scheduled visits in patients’ homes, across various settings. The role supports autonomy and long-term therapeutic relationships while maintaining high-quality home care delivery.

You will travel within a designated area, provide assessments, implement and monitor care plans, and keep accurate patient records. On-call coverage, including after hours, is required to ensure patient safety and care needs are met.

Qualifications

• Registration with the CNO as a Registered Nurse in good standing.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
• Experience in delivering community care is an asset.
• Reliability and flexibility.
• Willingness to travel to and from patient residences within a designated area.
• On-call coverage, including after hours to ensure patient safety and to meet patient care needs.
