Job summary

Halifax Mid-Harbour Nova Scotia Provincial Government in Canada seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join its care team in Halifax. You will deliver quality nursing care focusing on assessment, health education, disease prevention and chronic condition support.

Responsibilities include administering medications, wound assessment, supervising LPNs/CCAs, developing care plans with the interdisciplinary team, monitoring patient changes, and discharge planning as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required.
• Licensed, or eligible to be licensed, with the Nova Scotia College of Nursing (NSCN) required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN), preferably in the community home setting.
