Gtrworldwide in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan invites applicants for two full-time nursing positions focusing on comprehensive psychiatric and general patient care. You will perform assessments, develop care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support recovery and safety.

Successful candidates will hold a nursing degree or diploma, be in good standing with the provincial nursing regulator, and have experience in acute care or mental health settings.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree or diploma from a recognized program.
• Current registration in good standing with the provincial/territorial nursing regulatory authority.
• Relevant clinical experience in acute care, mental health, or community nursing settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing and psychiatric assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies per orders and monitor responses and side effects.
• Deliver crisis intervention and therapeutic support for patients with psychiatric needs.
• Monitor and document patients’ physical and mental status, report significant changes to the healthcare team.
• Coordinate care with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity and discharge planning.
• Maintain accurate patient records and participate in quality improvement activities.
