Main Duties

• Perform comprehensive nursing and psychiatric assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies according to orders and monitor patient responses and side effects.
• Provide crisis intervention, therapeutic support, and mental health nursing interventions for patients with psychiatric needs.
• Monitor and document patients' physical and mental status, reporting significant changes to the healthcare team.
• Coordinate care with physicians, allied health professionals, and community services to ensure continuity and discharge planning.
• Maintain accurate patient records, ensure compliance with professional standards, and participate in quality improvement activities.

Requirements
