Job summary

Stevenson Memorial Hospital in Alliston, Ontario is seeking a Registered Nurse in Perioperative to join an interdisciplinary team. You will be responsible and accountable for providing quality patient- and family-focused nursing care in accordance with the hospital's philosophy, policies and standards of care, the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) and applicable legislation.

This temporary part-time position offers a 0.5 FTE with shifts across days, evenings, and nights, and requires

Qualifications

• Registered and in good standing with the College of Nurses (CNO) as a Registered Nurse.
• Current BCLS.
• Perioperative Nurse Certificate from a recognized program required.
• Two (2) years recent experience in Operating Room, Recovery or Critical Care units.

Hours of Work

In order to provide the necessary patient care, our operations run 24/7. There is the expectation that you are available to work weekdays, weekends and all shifts (days, nights, 12 hours).
