Job summary

Halton Healthcare in Milton is seeking a Pediatric Nurse for a part-time, 0.20 FTE role in the MD PEPC Clinic. You will provide direct patient care to paediatric patients and their families within a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements include CNO registration, PALS, BLS, and 3–5 years paediatric experience. On-site hours span 0800–1600, Monday through Sunday, with an equal emphasis on safety and family-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current registration in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) required.
• Current Heart & Stroke approved Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required at time of hire.
• Current Paediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certificate required.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years recent experience in paediatric inpatient and/or paediatric outpatient clinic required.
• Strong paediatric assessment skills required.

• Experience with Paediatric triage, procedural support, and health teaching/education
• Demonstrated organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize in a busy clinic environment
• Team player with excellent interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills
• Satisfactory employment and attendance record

Additional Information

Hours: Monday - Sunday - 0800 - 1600 (Hours are subject to change based on operational needs.)

Salary: $41.15 to $58.98 per hour
