Job summary

ParaMed in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario, is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Palliative Visiting Nursing role. You will conduct scheduled home visits, assess patients’ needs, implement and monitor care plans, and maintain records.

Travel within the designated area is required, with on-call coverage after hours to ensure patient safety and well-being. Mandatory experience in palliative care, valid driver’s license, and CNO RN registration in good standing are required.

• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is required.
