Mount Sinai Hospital's Nursing Resource Team (NRT) presents an opportunity to make a significant impact across various departments while continually expanding your skill set.
Is this you?
You are a highly skilled and compassionate RN who embodies flexibility and thrives on variety. You navigate changing situations with ease, applying your critical thinking skills and clinical knowledge to diverse patient populations. You are a team player, always ready to lend a helping hand and share your expertise with colleagues.
You value professional development, particularly developing a wide range of nursing skills. With this team supporting 9+ different units at our hospital, you'll gain experience with a variety of patient populations and conditions. This role allows you to explore different areas of practice such as medicine, surgery, and psychiatry, gaining valuable experience in each. You’ll become a versatile and highly sought-after nurse, equipped to provide exceptional care across a wide range of patient needs. Many RNs find their experience on the NRT to be invaluable in helping to identify a “home” unit that aligns best with their unique interests.
