Job summary

AgeCare Trilogy in Scarborough, Ontario is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to collaborate with the Director of Care in delivering safe, high-quality resident care. The RN will coordinate nursing services, lead shift reports, and ensure accurate documentation in line with AgeCare policies and provincial standards.

Required is a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, active provincial registration, and knowledge of relevant Canadian health acts and regulations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of geriatric, rehabilitation or long-term care nursing.
• Ability to coordinate nursing and other services for residents.
• Experience with shift leadership and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing and other services for residents within the neighbourhood.
• Lead shift report and inform team of changes in resident status.
• Review physician orders and ensure timely implementation; communicate issues promptly.
