Rotation/Shifts

Days and nights, including weekends, 12-hour shifts. The hospital reserves the right to change shift schedules.

Basic Requirements
  • Current Certificate of Competence from the College of Nurses of Ontario
  • Ability to perform BCLS to the College of Nurses Standard
  • Minimum three months of Medical/Surgical experience
  • Knowledge of nursing process and neurological patient care
  • Ability to assess learning needs and plan teaching
  • Effective team participation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Commitment to continuing education
  • Self-evaluation and goal-oriented work ethic
  • Alignment with the hospital's vision, values, and goals
  • Eligibility to work in Canada
Preferred Qualifications
  • Neuroscience Nursing experience
  • CANN certification
  • BScN
