Reporting to the Clinical Manager, as a member of the interdisciplinary team, you will deliver safe, effective, patient-centered, ethical, and evidence-based nursing care according to scope of practice and in accordance with Bruyère Health policies, procedures and standards and with the College of Nurses of Ontario standards. Your overall function will be to assist patients and their loved ones to manage clinical conditions and transitions, and maximize their self-care, psychosocial, spiritual, communicative and interpretive abilities. You will also act as a resource for members of the care team.
