The Saskatchewan Health Authority in Radville is seeking a Registered Nurse (AAP) to provide nursing services, diagnose and treat common medical disorders, and support underserved populations in both clinic and outreach settings. You will use Clinical Decision Tools and your clinical judgment to guide care and referrals.
Qualified applicants are graduates of an approved School of Nursing, with a minimum of two years of recent nursing experience and eligibility for RN(AAP) with CRNS.
Under the direction of the Primary Health Care Manager, the Registered Nurse (AAP) will be responsible for providing nursing services including the diagnoses and treatment of common medical disorders according to the Clinical Decision Tools and in conjunction with their clinical knowledge and judgment, in compliance with the RN with Additional Authorized Practice (RN AAP) Practice Standards within the Saskatchewan Health Authority. The RN (AAP) will support underserved populations within an urban setting providing care to clients in clinical and outreach locations. the RN (AAP) will support case management, navigation, assessment, triage of clients presenting, treatment of the presenting concern or connection and referral to an appropriate health care provider.
