Accor’s Fairmont Empress in Victoria, BC, seeks a Registered Massage Therapist Unrestricted (Full-time) to join a luxury spa team. You will provide a range of massage sessions, while upholding high standards of client comfort and hygiene in a world-class hotel environment.

Qualified candidates have RMT certification, current licenses, and strong communication skills. The role offers extensive benefits, a sign-on bonus, and opportunities for professional development within Accor’s wellness

Responsabilidades

• Offer professional, friendly and engaging massage services.
• Perform massages (30, 45, 60, 90, and 120 minutes)
• Maintain client comfort and safety throughout sessions.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic work environment and safe equipment
• Assist guests with hotel facilities and services
• Support other spa operations (body treatments, retail) as needed
• Adhere to departmental policies and safety/sanitation rules
• Participate in other duties as assigned

What you will be doing

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
• Perform massage while maintaining the client's comfort at all times
• Perform 30, 45-, 60-, 90- and 120-minute massages as required
• Ensure individualized guest service through acknowledging and responding to their needs and expectation
• Maintain a clean, hygienic and neat work environment at all times, ensuring all equipment is in safe working order
• Actively participate in other areas of the Spa Operation, such as body treatments, product knowledge and retail sales
• Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way
• Follow departmental policies and procedures
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies
• Other duties as assigned

Your experience and skills include

• RMT Certification from an accredited school of Massage required
• All professional licenses are to be current
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.
