  • Monday
  • Tuesday

  • Sunday

Candidates do not necessarily need to work every listed day, but strong weekend availability—particularly Saturday and Sunday is highly desirable.

  • Is a Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario
  • Is also qualified as an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner
  • Belongs to a recognized osteopathic professional association

  • Works well alongside chiropractors, physiotherapists, massage therapists, acupuncturists, and other healthcare professionals

Preference will be given to practitioners with an established patient following, several years of clinical experience, or a strong professional reputation. Exceptional newer practitioners may still be considered if they demonstrate outstanding clinical ability, professionalism, and growth potential.

Why the Opportunity Is Attractive

  • Full reception and administrative support
  • Appointment scheduling, billing, collections, and direct billing support

  • A strong online reputation and established community presence
  • Opportunities to collaborate with multiple healthcare disciplines
  • Flexible scheduling within the required availability
  • Competitive compensation
  • Long-term practice growth potential

Key Responsibilities

The practitioner will be expected to:

  • Conduct thorough assessments
  • Provide Registered Massage Therapy and Osteopathic Manual Therapy treatments
  • Develop and communicate appropriate treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Provide patients with education and relevant home-care recommendations
  • Communicate with other members of the healthcare team when clinically appropriate

This role pays a competitive compensation of 60% of service fee. There are other benefits beyond the pay mentioned above which will be discussed later in the recruitment process. The compensation is dependent on the candidate experience and educational profile and will be evaluated during the interview process.
