Job summary

Lite Toronto in the heart of Toronto is seeking a licensed Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary clinic. We offer strong patient referrals, admin support (JaneApp), and a collaborative, holistic approach that blends Eastern and Western modalities.

You will assess patients, plan and deliver manual and exercise-based treatments, educate clients, and work with a diverse team to develop integrated treatment plans. Flexible hours and ongoing professional development are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Licensed physiotherapist or eligible for licensure in Ontario.
• Experience in patient assessment, treatment planning, and manual therapy.
• Strong communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Relevant professional training and licensure as a Physiotherapist (or eligibility for licensure in Ontario); bachelor’s or master’s degree in Physiotherapy or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in patient assessment, treatment planning, and delivery of manual therapy and exercise-based rehabilitation in clinical settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to educate and motivate patients and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Solid understanding of evidence-based practice, pain management, and functional rehabilitation across a range of musculoskeletal conditions.
• Ability to work in a holistic, culturally sensitive environment that integrates Eastern and Western approaches to care.
• Proficient in maintaining accurate clinical records, managing time effectively, and using clinic management or EMR systems.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development, adherence to ethical standards, and readiness to work flexible hours as needed.
