Job summary

Foundation Physiotherapy & Wellness is a group of modern clinics located across Toronto. We are seeking RMTs with a strong interest in orthopedic and MSK rehabilitation to join our growing team.

Qualifications

• Must be CMTO registered and in good standing.
• Strong interest in orthopedic injuries, musculoskeletal medicine and rehabilitation.
• Ability to treat a minimum of 6 hours per day, with multiple clients back-to-back and breaks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to prescribe treatment plans and promote wellness and massage therapy.
• Deliver an excellent clinical and customer service experience.
• Build a loyal caseload of engaged clients and make appropriate referrals as needed.
• Ensure clients stay accountable to their plans and participate in professional learning opportunities.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and participate in community outreach events.

We are looking for RMT's with a strong interest in treating in an orthopedic, post operative and MSK clinical setting. We are a fast paced environment with referral sources from the community, physicians, surgeons and a strong digital presence.

Compensation:

• A base hourly wage for client facing and non-client facing hours (min 6 hours/shift).
• On top of that, you earn a commission per client hour.
• Earn up to $2000/year in quarterly bonuses.
• $500-$1000 in Education Allowances for post graduate courses
  • (or towards Registration fees)
• Guaranteed yearly cost of living adjustments
  • + Plus earn increases in compensation by meeting performance targets
• First year compensation potential on a 34 hour FT (80% booked) schedule is valued at $80,000.
