What We Offer:

1. Flexible scheduling with both full and shared days in our shared rooms.
2. Rent structure: 30/70 split with a maximum cap and a minimum monthly fee for the first three months. Afterward, we can switch to a fixed rent model negotiated based on mutual satisfaction.
