BrightPath Kids in Leslieville, ON is seeking a Full-Time Early Childhood Educator to join our team. $17.60–$23.00 per hour with Government Wage Enhancement, no evenings or weekends, and a strong focus on child development and family collaboration.

Qualifications

• RECE must be in good standing with the Ontario College of ECE.
• Must meet province requirements for childcare employment.
• Current Standard First Aid and infant CPR.
• Current immunization and health assessment as per local health requirements.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing a program aligned with BrightPath's curriculum that supports children's development.
• Maintaining an environment that protects the well-being of children.
• Assessing the abilities, interests, and needs of children and discussing progress with parents and other staff.
• Establishing collaborative relationships with co-workers, management, and families.
• Attending staff meetings and professional development opportunities as necessary.
• Working to maintain cleanliness and organization of classroom materials.
• Other duties as assigned.
