Qualifications

  • Completion of a Dental Hygiene Diploma or Degree program is required.
  • Must be registered as a Dental Hygienist in good standing.

Schedule: Mondays from 3:00pm - 8:00pm; Tuesdays from 7:45am - 2:15pm; Wednesdays from 8:15am - 3:45pm; Thursdays from 12:15pm - 7:45pm; Fridays from 8:00am - 3:30pm

Responsibilities:

  1. Appropriately assess, plan, implement and evaluate services for patient care
  2. Perform all aspects of clinical preventative hygiene services including scaling, root planning, polishing, topical fluoride, pit and fissure sealants and whitening to patients
  3. Serve as an oral health educator by introducing new preventative techniques and counselling
  4. Establish and retain patient loyalty by delivering a tailored experience based on the patients' expectations, while consistently maintaining ethical and professional behaviour

About You:

  1. Successful completion of a Dental Hygiene Diploma or Hygiene Degree program
  2. Registered as a Dental Hygienist and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements
  3. Valid CPR certification
  4. Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
