LifeSmiles Dental in Manitoba is looking for a Registered Dental Assistant to join our multi-location team. You will prepare treatment rooms, assist dentists, take X-rays, and maintain infection control to ensure patient comfort and workflow.

Qualifications

• Registered and/or Certified Dental Assistant with provincial regulatory body.
• Previous dental assisting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for procedures.
• Assist dentists and hygienists during treatments and manage patient comfort.
• Take dental X-rays and digital images as required.
• Perform instrument sterilization and infection control according to IPAC standards.
• Update patient charts and provide education on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
• Support scheduling, patient flow, and administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with the dental team to deliver high-quality care.
• Follow privacy, safety, and regulatory guidelines.
