Job summary

Minto Dental Clinic in New Brunswick is seeking a compassionate Dental Assistant to join our team. You will prepare treatment rooms, assist dentists and hygienists, take digital images, and maintain a clean, safe environment to support efficient patient care.

Registered and/or certified with your provincial regulatory body, NDAEB certification, and prior dental assisting experience preferred. We offer a competitive total-rewards package, RRSP matching, gym discounts, and comprehensive support

Qualifications

• Registered and/or certified dental assistant with provincial regulatory body.
• NDAEB certification.
• Previous dental assisting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for procedures, ensuring a clean and safe environment.
• Assist dentists and hygienists during treatments, maintaining patient comfort and workflow.
• Take dental X-rays and digital images as required.
• Perform instrument sterilization and infection control following IPAC standards.
• Update patient charts and provide education on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
