Qualifications

• Registered with Provincial regulatory body.
• Previous dental assisting experience preferred.
• Strong asset: Experience with Dentrix and Dexis.

Responsibilities

• Clinical chairside assisting duties including knowledge of instrumentation.
• Establish strong patient relationships while maintaining ethical professional behaviour.
• Support sterilization practices and prepare treatment room according to protocols.

Schedule:
Monday 11:30-7:30

Thursday and Friday 8:30-4:30

Two Saturdays per month 8:30-4:30

Responsibilities:

• Clinical chairside assisting duties including knowledge of instrumentation

• Establish strong patient relationships while maintaining ethical professional behaviour

• Support sterilization practices and prepare treatment room in accordance with infection control and practice protocols for each patient

• Thorough understanding of practice health and safety requirements

About You:

• Registered and/or certified as a Dental Assistant with your Provincial regulatory body or association is required

• Previous dental assisting experience is preferred

• Experience with Dentrix software and Dexis imaging is a strong asset.
