East Village Dental in downtown Calgary is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant to join our modern, fully digital practice on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have level II certification, be registered or eligible with the College of Alberta Dental Assistants, and bring 2 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Certified/Registered Dental Assisting Level II.
• Registered or in process of registering with the College of Alberta Dental Assistants.
• 2 years of experience is required.
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Dentrix is considered an asset.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Dentist through providing treatment support and preparing the treatment room and instruments for patient arrival.
• Support patient care with outstanding treatment assistance and instrumentation setup.

Education

Certified/Registered Dental Assisting Level II

Registered with College of Alberta Dental Assistants (or in process)
