Job summary

Dental Zen in Edmonton, AB is seeking a passionate Registered Dental Assistant for a full-time position. The ideal candidate will support the dentist, prepare treatment rooms and equipment, and contribute to a collaborative, patient-centered practice.

New graduates are welcome. Knowledge of dental practice management software such as ClearDent is an asset; strong communication with patients and families is essential.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Certified/Registered Dental Assisting Level II.
• Registered or in process of registering with the College of Alberta Dental Assistants.
• New graduates welcome.
• Experience with dental practice management software such as ClearDent is considered an asset.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during procedures and prepare the treatment room and dental equipment/instruments for patient arrival.
• Provide outstanding treatment assistance and support to the team.
• Maintain a clean, organized operatory and sterilize instruments between patients.
