Responsibilities

Own and execute the sales strategy for an MFDA sub-region with growth and retention accountability.
Act as primary contact for assigned advisors and dealer branches; build relationships via proactive outreach.
Lead outbound prospecting to grow wallet share and activate new advisors; manage a robust sales pipeline.
Collaborate with wholesalers to ensure coordinated coverage and with specialist teams for holistic solutions.
Deliver product education and lead advisor meetings and outreach; maintain CRM records and track progress toward targets.
