Overview

Regional Sales Manager - Mineral Processing Fixed Plant (Bilingual French-English)

About the Role: As our Regional Sales Manager, reporting to the Sales - Mineral Processing, Canada, you will be responsible for driving growth, profitability, and the continued development of Bradken’s mining products within your region. With your strategic mindset, you’ll enhance sales processes and client relations by visiting mine sites and fostering strong customer engagement. You’ll also support product innovation by collaborating with the Product Development team, and ensure customer solutions are delivered on time, meeting their unique needs.

Your role includes managing contracts, developing new business opportunities, and supporting sales forecasting using Salesforce. You’ll work closely with internal teams, providing insights and feedback, while managing key accounts to maintain Bradken’s position as a market leader.

Responsibilities

How does a typical day look like?

You will focus on building and executing customer engagement plans, conducting regular mine site visits, and fostering relationships with internal teams to enhance sales strategies. You’ll also be responsible for managing sales forecasts, budgets, and debtor accounts, ensuring timely submission of reports and identifying growth opportunities.

Key relationships

  • Sales Manager for regular updates on performance and strategy.
  • Customers to follow up on leads and ensure satisfaction.
  • Sales Support Coordinator for order processing and Salesforce support.
  • Account Manager for account development and guidance.
  • Product Development Team for collaboration on product trials and improvements.
  • Other Regional Account Managers to share market insights and best practices.
Qualifications
  • University or technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mining, Business, or a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical sales within mining or manufacturing sectors.
  • Proven experience managing contracts, negotiating deals, and delivering innovative customer solutions.
  • Strong understanding of mining applications, mineral processing market trends, and the ability to drive sales through strategic insights.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Bilingual in French & English is required.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and MS Office is highly desirable.
Location

Remote servicing candidates in eastern and central Canada.
