The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for growing the Charlotte Products brand and facilitating profitable sales growth within existing and new distribution partners, as well as end‑user customers. In this role, key areas of focus and responsibility involve expertise and research in this industry, market, and sales trends combined with continued development and execution of sales plan strategies. The RSM serves as the primary contact for the customer decision‑makers and leads all functions of the sales process and experience for new and potential customers.

Reports to : Director of Sales - Canada

Base Salary Range: $80,000 to $95,000 annually
