Job summary

ADM Milling & Baking Solutions seeks a Regional Sales Manager for Quebec and the Maritimes, based in Montréal or Mississauga. You will grow our product portfolio across Ontario, Quebec and Atlantic Canada by tailoring value propositions for target segments and expanding new and existing customer relationships.

You will collaborate with Sales, Commercial, Trading, Ops, and Marketing, leverage Salesforce for activity tracking, and represent ADM at industry events to drive growth and strengthen

Qualifications

• Strong ability to collaborate across functions and levels.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with proactive initiative.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Proven customer and service orientation with long-term relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate progress.
• Working knowledge of baking industry ingredients is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement value propositions for target markets and customers.
• Drive sales growth with customers in person and virtually.
• Use data analytics to identify opportunities and improve financial performance.
• Manage costs and accounts receivable effectively.
• Handle all aspects of customer contracts from negotiation to follow-up.
• Serve as customer expert and primary contact for ADM Milling & Baking Solutions.
• Analyze marketing data to identify growth opportunities and strategies.
• Utilize Salesforce to manage sales activities and relationships.
• Foster cross-divisional collaboration to meet business goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
