Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Door Security Solutions Canada is seeking a Regional Sales Representative for the Central Region in Ontario, Canada. You will drive sustainable growth by developing all distributors to promote and sell our door hardware and hollow metal solutions.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, Central Canada, you will oversee architectural hardware, hollow metal, and electro-mechanical sales within Southwestern Ontario, focusing on contract hardware distributors and wholesalers as well as key

Qualifications

Five (5) years sales experience in door security or related industry.
Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent experience.
Experience selling opening solutions as a consultant.

Responsibilities

Establish relationships with customers.
Develop plans on how to establish account relationships and develop a business plan for each account.
Identify new product/business opportunities based on customer needs.
Create sales quotations and follow-up on leads and conducting frequent sales presentations.
Assist management in developing a sales direction and market strategy.
Monitor competitor activity and ensure appropriate response strategies are formulated and communicated.
Be responsive to customer needs and help resolve issues or concerns.
Provide one-on-one or group training.
Attend trade shows and travel.
Provide accurate activity reporting using Salesforce.
Work collaboratively with other team members and stakeholders.
