ASSA ABLOY Door Security Solutions Canada is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive growth across Central Ontario. You will cultivate a diverse network of customers and partners, promoting smart security brands and emerging technologies.

You will report to the Sales Manager, Central Canada and lead regional smart solutions and security integration initiatives. Key activities include building account plans, generating quotations, and presenting solutions to developers, end users,

Qualifications

• Five years sales experience in door security or related industry.
• Post-secondary education in a related field.
• Experience selling opening solutions as a consultant.

Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with existing and new customers.
• Develop plans to establish account relationships and business plans.
• Identify new product opportunities based on customer needs.
• Produce quotes and leads; conduct sales presentations.
• Support management with sales direction and market strategy.
• Monitor competitor activity and adjust responses accordingly.
• Travel within the territory up to 90% and attend trade shows.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage pipeline and forecasting.
