Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Regional Sales Director for Roofing to own large multi-location deals from initial meeting to signed contract. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, remote across the USA or Canada, targeting roofing contractors with multiple locations and ownership groups.

You will close accounts worth millions, manage long consultative cycles, and expand after joining with more locations and services.

Qualifications

• A track record of closing $1M+ annually on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Deals with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with several decision makers.
• Not suitable for high-volume, single-location or transactional sales backgrounds.

No direct reports. This is an individual contributor seat going after strategic, multi-location roofing accounts: large groups you open and close yourself.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency running websites, SEO and paid media for roofing contractors operating across several markets. As Regional Sales Director for Roofing, you own our largest multi-location roofing deals, from the first meeting with ownership to the signed contract. One win covers many locations, so each deal is large, multi-stakeholder and worth the work. Our sales development team and inbound put qualified meetings with these groups on your calendar, so your time goes to closing.

The seat

• $2M annual quota, carried on a small number of large accounts.
• Leads fed to you: meetings with roofing contractors operating across several markets, booked by our sales development team or inbound.
• No management. No team to build, hire or run.
• Strategic accounts: multi-market roofing contractors with many locations, where one signed deal covers the whole group and opens the next.
