Brandt Corporate Services Ltd. in Regina is seeking a Regional Safety Coordinator to support health and safety across the region and assigned areas, partnering with the corporate health and safety team, operations, and stakeholders to strengthen Brandt's safety culture.

The role focuses on program implementation, training delivery, audits, compliance, and continuous improvement to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations across Brandt's diverse facilities.

Qualifications

• Three to five years' experience in a health and safety role at the organizational level.
• Solid foundation of health and safety issues related to Brandt's primary businesses (manufacturing, property management, construction, etc.).
• Ability to communicate effectively, both in person and in writing, with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Support health and safety program implementation through inspections, training, audits, and corrective actions.
• Deliver health and safety training to Brandt standards and evaluate trainee learning.
• Coordinate audits and inspections and document results; assist with certifications.
• Monitor compliance with health and safety legislation and internal standards; implement corrective actions.
