Job summary

GHD is seeking a Regional Quality Partner for Canada Central to lead quality initiatives across Project Delivery and operations. You will embed quality management principles, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with the enterprise QA team to achieve top-quartile performance.

The role is based in Canada Central with a hybrid work model and travel up to 5-10% of the time. You will influence discipline leaders, participate in audits, and help maintain ISO 9001 certification while

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher in a relevant field and QA qualification.
• Experience with ISO 9001:2015 QA systems.
• At least 10 years in consulting/engineering/project management with stakeholders.
• Experience designing and auditing QMS initiatives.
• Knowledge of SOPs, regulations, and project controls.
• Proven ability to influence leaders and drive change.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to foster quality culture and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with disciplines and operations to strengthen quality.
• Partner with project delivery, finance, HSE, and client services to embed quality.
• Lead investigations of trends and audits and propose improvements.
• Drive enterprise and regional quality initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate efforts to maintain ISO 9001 certification.
• Present regional quality performance and continual improvement reports.
