Job summary

Interior Health in Canada is seeking an experienced Project Lead, Evaluation to guide high-priority initiatives from planning through implementation and evaluation at the regional level. You will lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with clinicians, staff, and partners to deliver projects on scope, on time, and within budget.

Reporting to the Manager, Health & Outreach, and supporting the Director, Community Prevention, you will develop charters, status updates, and briefing papers, while

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent with relevant experience.
• Five years of senior-level experience in complex health/public sector.
• Formal education or experience in project management.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership to high priority IH and provincial Health & Housing initiatives.
• Applies project management knowledge to ensure timely completion and measurable improvements.
• Analyzes strategies and identifies gaps in service delivery with mitigation ideas.
• Promotes expedited problem resolution to enable project success.
• Reports implementation status to management and prepares formal project documents.
• Collaborates with internal and external partners to ensure coordination and buy-in.
• Keeps teams informed about changes and outcomes across projects.
