Resumo da oferta

Interior Health is seeking an Evaluation Lead to manage high-priority MHSU evaluation projects endorsed by IH’s Senior Executive. You will plan, execute, and supervise evaluation activities, including data analysis and reporting, with a focus on improving health service delivery.

You will collaborate with IH leadership, clinical staff, Indigenous partners and external stakeholders to shape evaluation questions, develop tools, and present findings. A valid BC driver’s license is required.

Qualificações

  • Master’s degree in a health-related field with coursework in evaluation design, statistics, and project management.
  • Minimum 5 years in healthcare and experience with Indigenous communities and evaluating health care programs.
  • CE designation or active pursuit of CE status with Canadian Evaluation Society.

Responsabilidades

  • Lead multiple large-scale evaluation projects related to IH strategic priorities.
  • Supervise practicum students as required.
  • Develop evaluation frameworks, data analyses and reporting for health outcomes and program improvements.
  • Collaborate with IH Research and Evaluation Department and senior leaders to support decision making.
  • Deliver training to IH leadership to build evaluation competencies.
  • Travel within the region for in-person meetings with the Evaluation Team.
